Machtinger Landscaping maintains a pro-active approach to ensure client satisfaction with the Warranty process.  As professionals, we are committed to supporting you through the entire landscaping process.  When your project has been completed, we will follow up to ensure you are completely satisfied with our work. If you encounter any issues or concerns, please contact us and we will proceed through the warranty process below.


  1. First spring check up- we will contact you in early spring with an email outlining what is covered and explain the assessment process.  
  2. Assessment - if it is determined that a landscape assessment is needed one of our technicians will perform an assessment of the landscape and follow up by email outlining the results.  We will then work with you to order the materials and schedule the work.
  3. Follow up- Upon completion we will follow up with you by email and request your feedback.  We are always trying to improve and perfect our process from start to finish and the warranty survey provides us with invaluable input and ensures that we continue to offer the best service to our customers.

The warranty program covers you for one growing year, ensuring all plants that don’t do well will be replaced in the following growing season.
